Lead Generation Specialist – Outbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients

• Coordinating consultations between contacts/potential customers and our Sales Team members

• Precisely entering data into our system

• Upholding the company's reputation during interactions with contacts

• Ensuring all calls adhere to the company's standards and requirements

• Submitting reports accurately and punctually

• Engaging in initiatives aimed at process improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or in a similar position

• Exceptional listening and verbal communication abilities

• Basic technical proficiency, including the capability to navigate a computer, utilize common software applications, and conduct simple troubleshooting (e.g., checking internet connectivity, audio settings, or browser functions)

• Reliable internet connection

• A designated professional and quiet workspace

• Willingness to work during graveyard shifts
