Lead Generation Specialist – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and outreach initiatives to create and qualify new B2B opportunities.

• Identify key decision-makers and present Interprenet’s language solutions and services to them.

• Pre-qualify leads by assessing company needs, existing processes, budgets, timelines, and overall suitability.

• Arrange meetings and transfer qualified leads to Account Executives and Sales Managers for follow-up.

• Ensure ongoing communication with prospects through nurturing and follow-up efforts.

• Research and enhance lead information including company size, industry, contact details, and organizational structure.

• Keep accurate and organized CRM records using HubSpot and Zoho.

• Monitor, cleanse, and update lead databases to maintain high data integrity.

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance outreach campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.

• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and qualification goals.

• Offer feedback and suggestions to enhance lead generation processes and business development strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, appointment setting, customer service, or business development (B2B experience preferred).

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with senior-level professionals.

• Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to professionally manage objections and rejection.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Zoho CRM.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.

• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and lead management skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing organization.

• Experience in professional services, legal services, healthcare, SaaS, or language services is advantageous.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, though not mandatory.
