Lead Generation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify potential clients within the crypto, FinTech, payments, wallets, exchanges, brokers, PSPs, custody, stablecoin, and Web3 infrastructure sectors.

• Seek out prospects using platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord, industry directories, job postings, company websites, and other pertinent sources.

• Initiate discussions with prospective customers via LinkedIn and other communication channels.

• Evaluate leads based on company type, use case, infrastructure requirements, timing, and overall compatibility.

• Maintain an organized lead pipeline and regularly update lead statuses.

• Draft concise outreach messages, follow-ups, and basic product descriptions.

• Gather market insights, customer objections, competitor references, and common client needs.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Account Management teams to transition qualified leads.

• Assist with early funnel activities prior to customer onboarding.

• Create and share relevant LinkedIn content focused on products, market trends, and infrastructure.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, growth, or as an SDR.

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospecting techniques.

• Capacity to research companies and pinpoint relevant decision-makers.

• Comfortable engaging with founders, product managers, CTOs, operations, payments, wallet, and infrastructure teams.

• Passion for crypto, FinTech, payments, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, exchanges, or digital assets.

• Methodical approach to pipeline management and reporting.

• Proficient in crafting straightforward, clear, and non-spammy outreach messages.

• Self-motivated and adaptable while working with a new product in its early go-to-market phase.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar in daily work contexts.
