Lead Generation Specialist – Appointment Setter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers

• Coordinating consultations between potential clients and our Sales Team members

• Precisely entering data into our system

• Upholding the company's reputation through professional interactions with contacts

• Ensuring compliance with company standards and requirements during all calls

• Providing accurate and timely reports

• Engaging in initiatives focused on process improvement

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or a comparable role;

• Exceptional listening and verbal communication abilities

• Basic technical proficiency, including the capacity to operate a computer, utilize common software applications, and carry out simple troubleshooting (e.g., verifying internet connectivity, adjusting audio settings, or managing browser functions)

• Reliable internet connection

• A designated, professional, and quiet workspace

• Willingness to work during graveyard shifts
