This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and manage a reliable pipeline that consistently generates qualified leads for California employment class action plaintiffs.
• Identify target employers and potential communities of class members through innovative sourcing, online research, and investigative techniques.
• Execute high-volume, professional outreach via phone, email, direct messaging, and other channels to engage with potential plaintiffs.
• Pre-qualify leads by asking pertinent questions, capturing essential details, and coordinating intake processes with the legal team.
• Maintain organized records of all outreach, follow-ups, and outcomes in CRM systems and spreadsheets with meticulous notes.
• Develop and refine new outreach strategies weekly (including scripts, channels, lists, and targeting approaches) to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) strategically to identify leads and initiate conversations, rather than managing a brand account.
• Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and care.
• Report on activities and results with an emphasis on conversions: qualified intakes, signed clients, and insights gained.
• **Must-Have:**
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) and confidence in engaging with new individuals.
• Comfort with cold outreach, follow-ups, and phone calls as a fundamental aspect of your daily activities.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and connect information using online resources and databases.
• Experience in at least one of the following: lead generation, prospecting, recruiting/sourcing, intake coordination, investigative work, or roles focused on outreach.
• Proficient in using CRMs, calling tools, spreadsheets, and online research methodologies.
• Self-motivated work style: capable of organizing your day, prioritizing leads, and functioning with minimal supervision.
• Sound professional judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Previous experience in legal intake, class action outreach, plaintiff-side employment law, or private investigations.
• Knowledge of California employment law or concepts related to class action litigation.
• Experience in sourcing employee contact details and/or utilizing investigative databases.
• Basic experience in performance marketing or outreach scripting (testing strategies and improving conversion rates).
