This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Creating focused lead lists for property investors and homebuyers
• Discovering potential clients throughout the United States, Nigeria, and diaspora communities
• Conducting research on leads utilizing LinkedIn, online directories, Apollo, and other lead generation tools
• Assisting in campaigns aimed at buyers interested in properties located in Lagos, Abuja, and Houston
• Gathering, organizing, and upkeeping lead information including Name, Email, Phone number, Location, Investment interest, and Budget profile
• Assessing interest in real estate investments, budget ranges, favored property locations, purchase timelines, and readiness for investment
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, research, or digital marketing
• Background in managing or assisting with Facebook, Instagram, or Google Ads
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems
• Excellent analytical, research, and data organization abilities
• Knowledge of real estate or investment markets
• Experience in targeting diaspora communities and international investors
• Methodical, consistent, and results-oriented execution
