This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Identify and assess potential leads through online research, databases, and industry platforms.
• Formulate strategies to broaden the prospect base and target markets.
• Plan, create, and implement email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and clients.
• Monitor the performance of campaigns and optimize them for improved conversion rates.
• Maintain and refresh the CRM system with accurate information regarding leads and clients.
• Track the progress of leads through the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-up actions.
• Conduct personalized outreach to prospects via email, phone, and social media platforms.
• Manage follow-up communications to cultivate leads and establish long-term relationships.
• Perform market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Provide insights and reports to aid in the development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, email marketing, or sales support.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
