Lead Full Stack Engineer, .Net, Vue/React

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our enterprise software solutions in the insurance sector, providing technical guidance to the team.

• Exhibit proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, offering insights on technology selection, system architecture, and industry best practices.

• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to comprehend requirements and technical concepts, ensuring integrated and effective solutions that deliver a seamless user experience.

• Enhance platform performance for managing large datasets and high user traffic, guaranteeing a smooth and responsive experience for users.

• Conduct and oversee code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and promote the adoption of standards to maintain exceptional code quality.

• Investigate and swiftly resolve bugs to ensure platform reliability.

• Guarantee security and compliance by adhering to best practices for securing web applications and following relevant regulations.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices, guiding the team to remain competitive and innovative.

• Design the platform with scalability and adaptability in mind, accommodating evolving features and changes as the user base expands.

• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers, nurturing their growth and contribution to the team's goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex SaaS applications.

• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role, capable of guiding and ensuring the development of teams.

• Strong technical foundation with expertise in back-end technologies, including .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker.

• Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Vue.js, and/or React.js.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for creating scalable applications.

• Experience with microservices architecture and/or clean architecture practices.

• Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure robust and thoroughly tested code.

• Experience in unit, integration, and functional testing using both front-end and back-end testing libraries.

• Proficient in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to establish a maintainable and modular architecture aligned with business domains.

• Extensive knowledge of web security best practices and experience in ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Demonstrated expertise in optimizing performance for high-traffic web applications.

• Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and solutions.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and bug resolution.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and non-technical team members from diverse backgrounds.

• A keen interest in keeping abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in software development.
