Lead Full Stack Engineer, Angular, MEAN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the founders, engineering team, and designers to convert designs into high-quality code, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Develop comprehensive B2B SaaS features that emphasize cross-functional collaboration across various platforms.

• Leverage your extensive front-end development skills to design, develop, and deploy innovative features.

• Perform rigorous testing and debugging of the product to guarantee optimal performance and responsiveness across multiple browsers and platforms.

• Maintain and improve the codebase while adhering to best practices and coding standards, ensuring code quality through reviews and documentation.

• Focus on user interaction details, animations, and the overall user experience to deliver a polished and intuitive product.

• Excel in engineering by developing testing infrastructures, writing documentation, ensuring high performance, and adhering to an agile development methodology.

• Ensure adherence to development best practices (Clean Code, Clean Architecture, code reviews).

• Maintain active communication with stakeholders, team members, and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience working with scaleups, with exposure to a growing user base.

• Proficiency in Angular.js is essential.

• A solid understanding of B2B SaaS products is a mandatory requirement.

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in ambiguous entrepreneurial settings.

• Fluency in the MEAN stack and major front-end frameworks.

• Extensive experience and understanding of B2B SaaS components, such as building flexible reporting tools, rich text editors, and responsive web applications.

• A strong dedication to quality and attention to detail, along with significant experience and concern for performance, latency, and security as we scale.

• Excellent communication skills suited for a remote-first work environment.

• Proactive in driving personal roadmap and improvements.
