Lead Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Interpret specifications by collaborating with Business Analysts and clients to clarify requirements and eliminate any ambiguities.

• Create detailed low-level software designs based on high-level and functional designs to fulfill functional requirements.

• Document the design and secure approval from the design authority to ensure the design preserves overall integrity.

• Develop new features for the UI/UX and deploy the developed software into testing and production environments as necessary.

• Conduct unit testing by developing tests, executing them, recording any deficiencies, and addressing them as needed.

• Engage in team activities and contribute actively during meetings regarding designs, issues, risks, interdependencies, and other discussion topics.

• Transform intrinsic knowledge into extrinsic knowledge by actively engaging in knowledge capture systems such as the internal Wiki and document management systems.

• Lead and mentor teams of developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, related fields, or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in English within a business context.

• Over 7 years of software development experience focused on front-end development.

• Strong understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with creating user-friendly UI/UX and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material Design).

• Experience with contemporary JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular or React, NodeJS).

• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including unit testing.

• Proven experience in leading technical teams/developers on software projects.
