Lead Front-End Engineer – Digital Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of high-fidelity user interfaces, incorporating animations and business logic utilizing React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Design and implement headless CMS solutions, ensuring an efficient content delivery and authoring experience.

• Create and sustain scalable Design Systems adhering to Atomic Design principles with the use of Storybook.

• Mentor and support front-end engineers, guaranteeing code quality, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+), and performance excellence.

• Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams to ensure feasibility and meticulous execution of designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and contemporary styling frameworks (such as Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules).

• Significant experience with headless CMS, especially Sanity.io (including GROQ/GraphQL) and transitioning from platforms like WordPress or AEM.

• Strong comprehension of state management solutions (like Zustand, Redux, or XState) and front-end testing frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience leading distributed teams in Agile/SCRUM settings.
