Lead Front-End Engineer – Digital agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of high-quality user interfaces, incorporating animations and business logic utilizing React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Design and implement headless CMS solutions, ensuring an efficient content delivery and authoring process.

• Create and sustain scalable Design Systems adhering to Atomic Design principles through Storybook.

• Mentor and support front-end engineers, promoting code quality, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA+), and performance criteria.

• Collaborate intensively with Design and Product teams to guarantee feasibility and precise execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and contemporary styling frameworks (Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules).

• Significant experience with headless CMS, especially Sanity.io (including GROQ/GraphQL) and transitions from platforms such as WordPress or AEM.

• Strong comprehension of state management solutions (Zustand, Redux, or XState) and front-end testing frameworks.

• Demonstrated experience in leading distributed teams within Agile/SCRUM settings.
