Lead Financial Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation of intricate financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.

• Convert financial and operational data into actionable insights for business leaders.

• Recognize performance drivers and suggest opportunities to enhance profitability and efficiency.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide financial guidance and strategic support.

• Align financial planning with operational objectives and the long-term business strategy.

• Develop and present executive-level reporting, dashboards, and performance analyses.

• Enhance financial reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Communicate complex financial information clearly and commercially.

• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.

• Mentor junior analysts and foster analytical excellence and professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Analysis, or a similar finance role.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of financial statements and business performance metrics.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders with data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• FP&A experience in technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or other subscription-based revenue environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning applications is preferred.

• Strong project management and organizational skills are preferred.

• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and mentoring colleagues is preferred.
