Lead Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform troubleshooting, routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on natural gas engines and compressors.

• Execute scheduled preventive and corrective mechanical services in the field for gas compression units.

• Consistently represent the Company in a professional manner.

• Responsible for submitting precise maintenance reports, expense reports, timesheets, and other essential paperwork on a daily basis.

• Manage inventory control, ensuring proper supply, storage, and accessibility of parts and tools.

• Accurately and efficiently diagnose failures in engines and compressors.

• Carry out timely rebuilds and overhauls of compressors, engines, and controls on gas compressor packages within the shop.

• Address recurring issues and provide emergency services as required.

• Assist in coordinating the installation of new units and perform start-up testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

• A minimum of 3-5+ years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to this requirement.

• Sufficient proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• A valid Driver’s License is required.
