Lead Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the enterprise events calendar, managing everything from selection and logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.

• Directly oversee the events budget, making strategic decisions regarding owned activations, sponsorships, and field presence.

• Collaborate with Sales, Partner teams, and SDRs to align event strategies with pipeline priorities and targeted accounts.

• Work alongside the Demand Gen team to develop pre- and post-event programs that convert attendance into qualified pipeline opportunities.

• Monitor and report on event performance metrics, including brand impact, leads generated, and pipeline attribution.

• Represent n8n at significant industry conferences, fostering relationships with event organizers and partners.

• Significant event marketing experience in B2B technology or SaaS sectors.

• Proven experience in owning events from start to finish, not just providing support.

• Proficient in budget management and making informed investment decisions.

• A strong collaborator who excels in working alongside Sales while maintaining focus on marketing objectives.

• Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized to ensure tight logistics and adherence to deadlines.

• Willingness to travel to key events throughout the year, primarily within the US and occasionally in EMEA.
