• Provide technical guidance and frontline oversight for the successful implementation of intricate projects and activities related to Boiling Water Reactors (BWR).
• Accountable for the planning, scheduling, staffing, and safe execution of Outage Service projects at both domestic and international Customer Nuclear Utilities Plants.
• Oversee project management, commercial execution, technical direction, work control, and supervision of nuclear Under Vessel assignments.
• Drive the development, improvement, and execution of General Electric Hitachi (GEH) training in Control Rod Drive, Nuclear Instrumentation, and Hydraulic Control Unit Maintenance at the GEH training facilities.
• Responsible for leading and mentoring diverse and multicultural teams.
• Build trusting relationships and interact effectively with senior-level customer and supplier management regarding commercial, execution, technical, and compliance matters.
• Support Product Line initiatives, including proposal development, product innovation, and growth strategies.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on the operation of Under Vessel tooling and GEH OEM equipment.
• Exemplify GE Beliefs while demonstrating integrity, nuclear safety, and a commitment to quality culture.
• Provide leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs that meet customer requirements, business processes, and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field with at least 3 years of nuclear experience, or a High School Diploma OR GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in BWR maintenance activities.
• Willingness and ability to travel 80% of the time to domestic and international customer locations.
• Capable and willing to meet Fitness for Duty requirements and site security protocols to gain and maintain unescorted access at US and International Nuclear Plant Sites.
• Ability and willingness to work in radiation-controlled and radioactively contaminated environments.
• Readiness to work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week while executing field projects.
