Lead, EPMO Operations – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with EPMO functions and key stakeholders to ensure synchronization between reporting, tools, templates, and operational workflows, acting as the primary integrator of personnel, processes, and content within the team.

• Proactively engage stakeholders to identify needs, gather feedback, and build consensus around content standards, process enhancements, and governance decisions.

• Lead the design, development, and ongoing governance of the EPMO knowledge management system, encompassing SharePoint site architecture, Teams workspace organization, and file standardization, while establishing clear standards for information storage, structure, and maintenance.

• Take ownership of the EPMO Resource Library as the authoritative custodian of all templates, process guides, and reference materials, ensuring that content aligns with current industry best practices and organizational standards.

• Implement a regular content audit schedule to eliminate outdated materials, identify gaps, and consistently enhance the quality and usability of the EPMO knowledge base.

• Create a repeatable lessons-learned and retrospective framework that captures institutional knowledge across the project portfolio, aiding long-term organizational maturity.

• Act as a change enablement partner to improve the consistent application of the corporate change management framework within EPMO projects, enhancing supporting documentation, governance frameworks, and communication tools that prepare the organization for successful change implementation resulting from EPMO-led initiatives.

• Convert complex project and operational processes into clear, executive-ready visual narratives, including process maps and workflow diagrams that make EPMO operations accessible to business stakeholders at all levels.

• Develop executive storytelling materials that articulate EPMO performance, portfolio health, and operational enhancements in terms of business value and strategic significance.

• Establish and maintain an EPMO communications schedule, contributing to leadership presentations, monthly town halls, team recognition initiatives, and portfolio highlight content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in PMO operations, enablement, or organizational effectiveness is required.

• Experience in healthcare or healthcare-related project management is required.

• At least 2 years of direct participation in strategy, transformation, or organizational change initiatives is required.

• Proven expertise in SharePoint, including site architecture, content governance, and organization is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in developing executive-level presentations and stakeholder-ready content are required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver accurately within a complex, cross-functional environment is required.

• Engage in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees is essential.
