This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the architectural design, development, and implementation of resilient, scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform for Sales and CPQ.
• Convert business and product requirements into technical roadmaps and system specifications.
• Define engineering best practices, design patterns, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient APEX code.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance.
• Address technical debt while balancing the speed of delivery with long-term system viability.
• Offer technical guidance, support, and constructive feedback to Salesforce engineers.
• Mentor team members to promote technical development.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, technical grooming, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Technical Managers, Enterprise Architects, and Technical Leaders regarding scope, timelines, and feasibility.
• Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and incident response strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years in software development, specifically within Salesforce/CPQ.
• Proficient in APEX Triggers and Classes.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Configurations and Workflow.
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce Security and Administration.
• Understanding of API design and JSON structures.
• Familiar with Boundary System Architecture.
• Preferably experienced with the Dev Ops GearSet platform.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and GitHub/GitLab.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
