This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and architecture evaluations with enterprise clients.
• Establish scalable target-state architectures across the Adobe Experience Cloud and related technology ecosystems.
• Create solution blueprints that encompass customer data, identity, personalization, activation, content, and journey orchestration.
• Assess integration methods, architectural trade-offs, and implementation risks.
• Set governance standards and architecture best practices.
• Act as a senior advisor for Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Manager Sites, and Adobe Experience Manager Assets.
• Convert Adobe capabilities into actionable client solutions.
• Collaborate with Adobe teams and internal stakeholders to ensure that architecture decisions align with platform capabilities and roadmap considerations.
• Build trustworthy relationships with technology and business stakeholders.
• Lead architecture discussions and technical strategy sessions.
• Articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Influence technical direction while keeping a focus on business outcomes and delivery feasibility.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout all implementation phases.
• Mentor solution architects, engineers, and delivery teams.
• Evaluate designs, identify risks, and tackle complex technical challenges.
• Balance scalability, cost, maintainability, security, and delivery timelines in architectural decisions.
• Contribute reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, and best practices.
• Mentor architects and technical professionals.
• Support the advancement and maturity of the Adobe practice through knowledge sharing and technical leadership.
• Over 15 years of technology experience, with substantial experience in architecture, solution design, technical consulting, or enterprise technology leadership roles.
• Extensive expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, with proven architectural leadership experience in at least one of the following: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)/Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Significant hands-on or architecture-level experience with Adobe CDP (AEP/RTCDP), AEM, and/or AJO.
• Documented experience in designing and executing enterprise-scale implementations related to customer data management, journey orchestration, digital experience platforms, content management, or other Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.
• Proven capability to lead architecture strategy, platform integration, and technical governance for large-scale Adobe implementations.
• Experience in designing and supporting enterprise-scale, multi-platform technology solutions.
• Strong comprehension of customer data ecosystems, marketing technology architecture, identity resolution, personalization, activation, measurement, and governance.
• Experience integrating Adobe or similar platforms with cloud data platforms, customer data platforms, enterprise systems, and marketing technology stacks.
• Familiarity with cloud data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
• Awareness of generative AI concepts, AI-enabled customer experience technologies, and responsible AI practices.
• Proven ability to lead architecture and solution design discussions with clients and internal delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing consulting capabilities.
• Ability to function independently in uncertain environments and determine the best course of action with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to reconcile business goals, technical complexity, delivery realities, cost, risk, and governance factors.
• Possession of at least one relevant Adobe certification or equivalent demonstrated platform expertise.
• Multiple Adobe certifications across Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Experience Manager, Analytics, GenStudio, or related technologies are preferred.
• Experience with Adobe GenStudio, Firefly, or other AI-enabled Adobe capabilities is preferred.
• Experience in architecting solutions for customer data, identity resolution, personalization, content supply chain, or journey orchestration is preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, generative AI capabilities, responsible AI practices, and AI-enabled customer experience use cases is preferred.
• Background in consulting, systems integration, digital transformation, or enterprise software services is preferred.
• Direct experience working with Adobe, Adobe partners, or Adobe enterprise client implementations is preferred.
• Experience mentoring architects, engineers, or technical delivery teams is preferred.
• Acquaintance with enterprise architecture frameworks, integration patterns, domain-driven design, data mesh, or related architecture methodologies is preferred.
