This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

• Oversee UX initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, from identifying user needs to defining and validating solutions.

• Develop user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables that align with product specifications.

• Enhance product design with a significant emphasis on usability, accessibility, and the overall user experience.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and business stakeholders to create user-centered solutions.

• Leverage user feedback, data, and metrics to guide UX decisions and consistently enhance product experiences.

• Utilize user-centered design and design thinking methodologies to address complex challenges.

• Execute usability reviews and pinpoint opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user journeys.

• Champion UX best practices and ensure consistency across various products.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to UX team members, contributing to UX reviews and setting standards.

• Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, Design, IT, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in UX Design, User Experience, Product Design, or a related field, including experience in a leadership role.

• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking principles.

• Demonstrated experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in Figma or comparable UX/prototyping tools.

• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and UX best practices.

• Capability to harness user research, data, and feedback to inform design decisions.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

• Prior experience mentoring or guiding UX designers is a plus.
