Lead Engineer – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborates closely with members of a cross-functional project team.

• Takes the lead in designing and developing Generative AI applications.

• Works alongside AI Engineers and their operations to provide comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

• Partners in defining standards for AI / ML model development and application.

• Utilizes innovative thinking to align user needs with technical possibilities.

• Collaborates with model developers and suggests optimal architectures.

• Offers constructive feedback and conducts peer reviews for team members in AI / ML.

• Applies knowledge of AI / ML and software engineering to convert concepts into actionable product recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering Degree with over 8 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Strong grasp of Agentic AI principles.

• Solid understanding of agent orchestration frameworks.

• Proficient in Azure AI Services.

• Strong programming abilities in Python.

• Experience in back-end development using Python and/or Golang.

• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL.

• Working knowledge of at least one front-end framework like React or Angular.

• Practical experience with cloud-native development, containers, and microservices.

• Proven experience managing clusters using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.

• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma.

• Cloud certifications (such as Azure Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or similar) are a plus.
