This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all leads from designated clients in Highlevel.
• Effectively follow up with all leads from assigned clients.
• Demonstrate tact during conversations with prospects.
• Avoid discussing pricing during lead engagement.
• Maintain persistence in your approach.
• Adhere to proper documentation and reporting protocols.
• Clearly communicate any challenges, bottlenecks, or trends.
• Ensure all leads are called twice within a 5-minute timeframe.
• Respond to all incoming text messages within 5 minutes.
• Properly tag all leads based on their situation.
• Achieve a minimum of 50% of leads booking an appointment.
• Ensure at least 40% of leads show up for consultations.
• Clear all power dialers twice daily according to the assigned call schedule.
• Make all scheduled callbacks at the designated times.
• Must possess high energy, a positive attitude, and compassion for others.
• Must be a professional and a collaborative team player.
• Must recognize that these are our clients' businesses, reputations, and communities, and strive to perform at a high level to serve clients, members, and businesses effectively.
• Must have a passion for delivering an exceptional experience to leads, guiding them toward a consultation.
• Must be quick to take action, responding in under 5 minutes.
• Must have a solid understanding of all technological aspects of our software systems.
• Must be detail-oriented and maintain thorough documentation.
