This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Oversee the operational rhythm for the Growth & Client Success division, encompassing leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and strategic forums.
• Organize agendas, materials, action-item tracking, and subsequent activities.
• Track progress against strategic objectives and highlight risks, obstacles, and opportunities.
• Offer project management assistance for high-priority cross-functional business initiatives.
• Create project plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure execution through to completion.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic planning documents.
• Distill complex information into succinct recommendations and communications suited for executive levels.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across various teams and functions.
• Establish best practices for project tracking, meeting management, documentation, and organizational processes.
• Assist with resource planning, priority management, and maintaining operational consistency.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, clinical, operations, finance, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Aid in reporting, performance tracking, business reviews, dashboards, summaries, and presentations.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and issues needing leadership attention.
• Convey customer, consultant, and market feedback into product, service, and growth strategies.
• Over 8 years of experience in business consulting, strategy, operations, project management, program management, or similar business leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accountability and execution.
• Experience in developing executive-level materials, business reviews, and strategic communications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, employee benefits, behavioral health, consulting, or health plans.
• Preferred experience in supporting senior executives, chief of staff roles, business operations, or strategic planning activities.
• Preferred knowledge of sales, account management, customer success, or go-to-market organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business reporting tools is preferred.
