This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of enterprise-level renewal processes and RFP preparedness across Sales and Account Management.
• Keep a proactive and comprehensive overview of renewal health within the portfolio.
• Detect systemic risks and trends across accounts, escalating issues early with clear options and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Finance, Operations, Product, and Account Management to ensure that renewal commitments are operationally feasible.
• Manage the operating rhythm for the SVP and Sales Leadership Team.
• Create succinct, executive-ready decision briefs that outline options, risks, and recommendations.
• Foster improved coordination between Sales and Account Management leaders.
• Over 10 years of experience in the PBM or health plan sector.
• More than 5 years of experience specifically in strategy, operations, consulting, sales enablement, or roles similar to chief-of-staff.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive-level visibility.
• Strong skills in execution, prioritization, and follow-through.
• High comfort level with data analysis, performance measurement, and trend evaluation.
• Exceptional judgment, problem-solving abilities, and executive communication skills.
• Capability to influence others without direct authority.
