📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and strategy of a comprehensive modernization roadmap spanning multiple years to enhance Specialty Pharmacy value streams.

• Oversee the design, foundational framework, and creation of Specialty Pharmacy products along with their related technology assets.

• Evaluate software engineering methodologies, promoting continuous enhancement, operational efficiency, reduced time to market, and improved product quality.

• Manage engineering teams, providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate the implementation of solutions across diverse technological platforms.

• Responsible for people management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, team development, fostering career growth and skill enhancement through coaching, and establishing measurable professional objectives.

• Develop and nurture strong partnerships with Business, Product, and Technology stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the delivery roadmap.

• Establish relationships with vendors to assemble contingent teams for onshore and offshore/nearshore support to meet staffing requirements.

• Conduct technology research and innovation to formulate a long-term strategy informed by emerging trends in the healthcare and technology sectors.
