Lead Director, Provider Performance Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Med Affairs Network team to promote a data-driven methodology.

• Assess and enhance the performance of the Med Affairs network provider partners.

• Monitor, facilitate, and uncover cross-functional opportunities for new initiatives.

• Work with cross-functional teams to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Formulate strategies to manage and track project performance.

• Oversee and direct complex strategic projects and programs.

• Provide guidance to leadership regarding project status, risks, and suggested actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years of healthcare experience, including value-based care and managed care.

• Proficient in data analytics.

• Experience with business intelligence software (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective decision-making skills.

• Possess a growth mindset.

• Experience or certifications in project management (preferred).

• Master’s Degree in a related field (preferred).
