This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with product owner(s) and other essential stakeholders to facilitate growth initiatives for key products within the PID portfolio.
• Oversee a small team (1-2 direct reports) of junior-level product growth enablement roles, aimed at executing the overall product growth strategy.
• Assist in pinpointing and supporting growth opportunities across targeted segments.
• Direct product launches, pilots, enhancements, and adoption initiatives through structured enablement efforts, working with stakeholders to ensure that new and evolving offerings are operationally feasible, scalable, and ready for launch.
• Provide on-the-ground support for strategic client engagements and complex deals, which includes representing the product at finalist meetings and various client forums.
• Collaborate with product owner(s), sales, and marketing teams to craft client-specific product narratives and value propositions.
• Recognize gaps, risks, and dependencies early on, enabling proactive solutions that safeguard growth timelines and product credibility.
• Create and maintain product-specific enablement materials such as product playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks, and use case documentation.
• Work with Analytics to spearhead the development of case studies and the overall integration of metrics and quantifiable outcomes into materials that facilitate data-driven storytelling.
• Lead the creation of product-specific sales training for new products and features, coordinating with the sales enablement team to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage client-facing materials and updates; convert product roadmaps into client-ready messaging and documentation.
• Collect and synthesize client and field feedback to guide product enhancements.
• Implement organizational policies, objectives, and goals based on best practices in the field and in line with accreditation standards, when applicable.
• Develop methodologies to assess market conditions and adjust business models to address emerging market needs.
• Contribute to high-level decision-making regarding market pricing strategies to optimize sales, member retention, and earnings.
• Design resource allocation, including staffing ratios, to support key performance metrics.
• Oversee negotiations with clients in complex financial situations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within sales management processes and systems.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within healthcare or PBM.
• More than 10 years of experience in execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Over 10 years of experience in business intelligence and growth.
• More than 10 years of experience in problem-solving, influence, and decision-making skills.
• At least 5 years of experience managing multiple stakeholders (direct or indirect) with a focus on collaboration and teamwork, fostering a growth mindset (agility and personal development).
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time to support finalist meetings and other high-priority engagements.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
