This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as the primary clinical subject matter expert for behavioral health products, programs, care models, and clinical outcomes.
• Offer insights on behavioral health trends, treatment methodologies, quality initiatives, and emerging industry advancements.
• Represent clinical capabilities and behavioral health strategies during customer engagements, industry forums, and internal strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on client opportunities, finalist presentations, renewals, and discussions with consultants.
• Examine utilization patterns, access-to-care metrics, outcomes, quality indicators, and population health trends.
• Transform clinical and operational data into actionable recommendations and data-driven narratives.
• Work alongside clinical operations, care management, provider networks, and quality assurance teams.
• Aid in communicating network strategies, provider access initiatives, quality programs, and innovations in care delivery.
• Contribute to the design, enhancement, and rollout of behavioral health programs and solutions.
• Assist in resolving complex client inquiries, escalations, and clinical questions.
• Develop narratives that link behavioral health, EAP, Resources For Living, and workforce well-being solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create market-facing content, presentations, thought leadership, and educational materials.
• Over 8 years of experience in behavioral health, clinical consulting, healthcare strategy, care management, behavioral health operations, or similar healthcare leadership roles.
• Profound understanding of behavioral health treatment models, care delivery systems, and clinical quality metrics.
• Experience in interpreting healthcare data and presenting findings to executive-level audiences.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and consultative relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to convert complex clinical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams in a highly matrixed organization.
• Prior experience supporting employer-sponsored behavioral health or workforce well-being programs is preferred.
• Preferred experience in health plans, managed care, provider organizations, consulting, or population health.
• Familiarity with behavioral health outcomes reporting, quality measurement, network management, and utilization management is preferred.
• Experience in supporting sales, account management, product development, or client consulting functions is preferred.
• Licensed behavioral health clinician or advanced clinical training is strongly preferred.
• A Master's degree, clinical doctorate, or another advanced healthcare degree is preferred.
