Lead DevOps/SRE Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee technical initiatives aimed at addressing technical debt remediation.

• Ensure adherence to Client Technology standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

• Engage actively in implementation and problem-solving efforts.

• Collaborate with the team to define and prioritize remediation activities.

• Offer technical guidance and support for decision-making processes.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential areas for improvement.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of scope and expectations.

• Advocate for CT Engineering best practices and foster continuous improvement within the team.

• Experience in technical debt remediation.

• Proficient in hands-on engineering and problem-solving.

• Demonstrated technical leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Capable of managing risks and dependencies.

• Skilled in technical planning and prioritization.

• Understanding of engineering standards, governance, and compliance.

• Proficient in conversational English and Spanish; assessment will be conducted.

• Candidates must currently reside in Mexico.

• Foreign nationals living in Mexico must possess a valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC.

• Applicants must have an RFC with homoclave and a current Constancia de Situación Fiscal issued by SAT in Mexico for hiring purposes.
