Lead Developer – .NET, Angular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Create software applications by adhering to best practices in collaboration with a distributed team.

• Utilize advanced software development methodologies to design and construct intricate SaaS solutions.

• Influence design choices, including platform selection, coding standards, and technical execution.

• Engage in all aspects of Agile development: design, programming, testing, documentation, QA, and implementation.

• Conduct code reviews to uphold standards and provide constructive feedback.

• Guide junior team members and facilitate their professional development.

• Ensure that development efforts are estimated accurately and delivered punctually while meeting quality benchmarks.

• Work with both internal and external end users to gather requirements and design applications.

• Offer technical advice to management and assist in shaping the technical direction for new product initiatives.

• Utilize innovation time to pursue personal projects and areas of particular interest.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software development for the Global Trade sector, particularly in logistics, customs, or supply chain management.

• More than 10 years of software development experience across various programming languages, with a capacity to quickly adapt to new languages.

• Expertise in .NET development (C#, VB.NET).

• Proficient in responsive front-end and single-page application development utilizing Angular.

• Skilled in developing and consuming REST APIs, including documentation tools such as Swagger and Postman.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL data persistence technologies (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).

• Familiarity with DataDog for observability, APM, and RUM.

• Experience in cloud-native development with AWS and/or GCP.

• At least 3 years of practical experience with agentic AI-First development tools and methodologies.

• Comfort with iterative, specification-light design; capable of navigating ambiguity, filling in gaps, and adapting throughout sprints based on user feedback.

• Strong understanding of application security from both a web service and web application perspective.

• Lead-level knowledge of design patterns and N-Tier architecture.

• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience in SaaS development for large to enterprise-level applications.

• Proficiency in English.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and computer science fundamentals.

• Ability to write clean, efficient, and concise code.

• Capability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data visualizations.

• Awareness of code quality, maintainability, and scalability.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
