Lead Designer, UX Research, Prototyping

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee comprehensive discovery and user research methodologies.

• Foster internal collaborations with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams.

• Develop prototypes that are interactive and functional, rather than just static visuals.

• Advocate for an agile methodology to deliver value in an iterative manner.

• Establish key performance indicators for the client digital experience and create a framework for tracking them.

• Integrate AI into the design process to enhance effectiveness.

• Extensive experience in UX research, product design, or a similar role with relevant transferable skills, typically around 7 years.

• A portfolio showcasing working prototypes, in addition to polished mockups.

• A proven dedication to UX craftsmanship that rivals the top products in the industry.

• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.

• Strong sense of agency and ownership.

• A proactive approach and an iterative mindset.

• Proficiency with prototyping tools that extend beyond traditional static design software.

• Strong analytical skills.

• A track record of being at the forefront of AI-enhanced design practices.

• Full professional proficiency in English.
