Lead Deployment Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Initiate a new market for ElevenLabs and assemble the necessary team to establish it.

• Recruit the required personnel and secure initial customers in the market.

• Engage with strategic clients to understand their audio and voice AI requirements and pinpoint challenges.

• Build and lead a regional team of engineers who are deployed in the field.

• Identify potential use cases and collaborate with engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions.

• Design and architect customized customer integrations.

• Advise clients on best practices for deploying voice and audio AI models.

• Present project outcomes and future recommendations to technical teams and C-suite executives.

• Work alongside Research and Product teams to integrate field insights into products and AI models.

• Develop and showcase demonstrations of voice and audio AI technology.

• Discover applications in new industries and broaden solutions across global sectors.

• Take ownership of the complete execution of significant projects for strategic partners.

• Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to guarantee optimal implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders both internally and in customer or partner organizations.

• Demonstrated capability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams.

• Basic proficiency in Python.

• Understanding of API integration for scripting, prototyping, and building demos.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to summarize complex technical concepts and apply logic to pursue optimal solutions.

• Technical aptitude to swiftly grasp voice and audio AI models and their applications.

• Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives.

• Understanding of deal structures, go-to-market strategies, and revenue implications.

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.

• In-depth understanding of regional and cultural nuances.

• Experience in partner ecosystem development with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners is a plus.
