Lead Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Initiate the onboarding process and immerse yourself in our company’s culture, values, history, and dedication to our clients.

• Acquire knowledge about our integrated development methodology, tools, frameworks, and project strategies.

• Collaborate with our diverse teams of designers, developers, delivery managers, and strategists.

• Understand the client journey, from product discovery through to delivery.

• Review your career progression framework and meet with your manager to set objectives.

• If assigned to client work, begin onboarding to the client domain and familiarize yourself with the engagement.

• Complete the onboarding process successfully.

• Receive your initial quarterly feedback report from your project team.

• Participate in your first TXI Quarterly alongside the rest of the organization.

• Start recognizing the impact on your project and team. You will engage in client-facing retrospectives to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Conduct a review with your manager.

• Motivate your team to achieve their best performance. By this stage, you will have developed a strong rapport with the team and understand how to inspire them to produce work that we can all take pride in.

• Reflect on the projects and organizational changes you’ve influenced or led, as well as the contributions you have made across TXI.

• Agile Project Management: You possess expertise in agile project management, enabling you to effectively plan, execute, and manage projects iteratively to deliver outstanding software within the limits of scope, time, and budget.

• Risk Mitigation: You excel at identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks, while also managing changes to project scope, timelines, or requirements, ensuring that clients, team members, and stakeholders remain informed and can plan accordingly.

• Team Enablement: You have a strong ability to create an environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and process enhancement, empowering teams to drive innovation and achieve successful project results.

• Product Management: You are proficient in guiding the development, launch, and evolution of a company’s product(s) to fulfill desired outcomes, effectively balancing business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities and limitations.

• Delivery Quality: You are committed to advocating for quality standards, processes, and best practices, including accessibility guidelines, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and user-friendly software solutions.
