📋 Description

• Create market initiatives for the DTCB and HYpact product lines

• Perform market research and analyze competition

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in product, sales, and marketing

• Collect market intelligence and commercial insights to enhance product strategy, positioning, and launches

• Evaluate market trends, customer expectations, applications, and competitor offerings

• Aggregate market intelligence and DT-specific market assessment data for discussions on portfolio and roadmap

• Monitor product competitiveness utilizing the LTS dashboard

• Gather and compile voice-of-customer and regional market feedback

• Provide structured market and sales inputs to the Product Leader

• Develop value propositions, battle cards, and product presentations

• Assist in the commercialization and launch of new products and solutions

• Equip regional sales teams with technical and competitive resources

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related discipline

• At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, tendering, or engineering

• Familiarity with high-voltage switchgear and the Air Insulated Switchgear portfolio

• Knowledge of power transmission and distribution or related industrial sectors

• Understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, or a willingness to develop these competencies

• Capability to work effectively within a team and matrix organization

• Ability to link technical product features to commercial and operational value

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable
