This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
β’ Engage with cutting-edge data science applications to address business challenges.
β’ Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to convert business issues into high-level analytics solution frameworks.
β’ Deliver presentations of analytic solutions to business audiences, emphasizing the solution's robustness and its potential to create business value.
β’ Develop comprehensive solutions grounded in a thorough understanding of business challenges to ensure analytics solutions are provided efficiently, reliably, and sustainably.
β’ Design and create machine learning and Generative AI solutions utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
β’ Construct LLM-powered applications utilizing Azure OpenAI and coordinate workflows using LangGraph.
β’ Formulate agentic AI workflows for automation, insight generation, and decision-making support.
β’ Implement Document Intelligence solutions to extract insights from unstructured data.
β’ Engage in discussions with team members to select and apply suitable analytic techniques, generating actionable business insights.
β’ Responsible for presenting to senior management, communicating results to business teams, and developing strategies to operationalize analytic solutions.
β’ Minimum of 6 years of experience as a GenAI Data Scientist.
β’ Proficient in Python and SQL.
β’ Experience with MLflow and model lifecycle management.
β’ Familiarity with Python from a functional programming perspective, capable of managing dependencies and virtual environments, in addition to version control in Git.
β’ Knowledge of Generative AI: Strong understanding of cutting-edge AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and other modern generative AI applications.
β’ Experience with sequential algorithms (e.g., LSTM, RNN, transformer, etc.).
β’ Proficient with Bedrock, JumpStart, and HuggingFace.
β’ Experience in evaluating the ethical implications of AI and managing them (e.g., red-teaming).
β’ Expertise in both supervised and unsupervised learning, along with experience in deep learning and transfer learning.
β’ Familiarity with generative algorithms (e.g., GAN, VAE, etc.) and pre-trained models (e.g., LLaMa, SAM, etc.).
β’ Proven experience developing models from inception to deployment, with 5-10 years of professional work experience, including at least 5 years in Data Science.
β’ Experience in building end-to-end ML pipelines in production.
β’ Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model governance.
β’ Ability to design scalable and reliable AI systems.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience.
