Lead Data, Rating Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and calibrate rating algorithms, methodologies, and normalization of donation weights.

• Create ratings across various dimensions, ranging from global and regional levels to specialized, highly professional niches.

• Organize and automate the gathering of data from external sources.

• Design integrations to enhance our rating databases.

• Convert product tasks into development processes—from initial requirements to fully operational algorithms, data pipelines, and automation.

• Implement and coordinate AI agents for data labeling, classification, and routine process automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid mathematical background in statistics, probability theory, graph theory, and ranking/scoring algorithms.

• Preferred educational background: MSU, MIPT, HSE, SPbSU, ITMO, Bauman MSTU, or an equivalent level of rigorous academic training. (While the degree itself is not a strict requirement, a comprehensive understanding of data architecture is essential).

• Experience with databases, data architecture design, and proficiency in development tools such as Python and SQL.

• A proven history of independently translating product specifications into mathematical models and production-ready code.

• A clear understanding that AI serves as a practical tool for data processing and automation, rather than a magical solution.

• Willingness to learn and master tools for working with AI agents and LLM integrations under the guidance of our CTO.
