This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide actionable business intelligence and strategic insights that enhance revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato’s digital platforms.
• Standardize, clean, and document stakeholder-focused dashboards in Looker, ensuring aligned definitions and metrics within the first 60 days.
• Detect and address at least five inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting logic within the initial 90 days.
• Collaborate with FP&A and product teams to guarantee 100% alignment between financial and operational data by the conclusion of the second quarter.
• Produce ad hoc strategic analyses with clear financial or strategic recommendations, aiming for an average of one per month.
• Lead and document enhancements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard frameworks to facilitate scalable self-service by the end of H1.
• Background in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles, particularly with digital marketing experience.
• Familiarity with the digital media or performance marketing sectors.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and Looker.
• Strong business acumen coupled with excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics within the digital media or performance marketing field.
• The base salary is determined according to market rates for the closest major metro area and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework.
