Lead Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Analyzing client requirements, collecting data, delivering outputs, and presenting findings utilizing Solventum HIS methodologies and products for designated clients.

• Interpreting outcomes, generating reports, and visualizing data for both internal consultants and external clients.

• Developing and managing code in SQL, Athena, R, Python, and additional programming languages for data querying and statistical analysis.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to devise logic and data-driven solutions that align with Solventum client objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher along with Six (6) years of experience in the private, public, or government healthcare sector in an analytical capacity.

• A High School Diploma/GED accompanied by a minimum of Eight (8) years of experience in the private, public, or government healthcare sector in an analytics role.

• Six (6) years of experience handling clinical and claims data.

• Six (6) years of experience on projects that involve payment modeling, analysis, and the creation of statistical models.

• Six (6) years of experience using programming languages such as Microsoft SQL.
