Lead Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver detailed and diagnostic analysis to guide product decision-making, assess performance, and make strategic recommendations.

• Assist and lead project-based initiatives utilizing analytic tools to generate datasets for further analysis.

• Leverage BI tools to provide end users with timely, precise, and insightful data as well as visual representations.

• Create dashboards to track KPIs and business drivers, ensuring all metrics align with the overall business strategy.

• Engage in discussions with both external and internal customers regarding questions and hypotheses based on thorough data analysis, acting as the G2 Data Subject Matter Expert, and transforming them into actionable insights.

• Facilitate team discussions and collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members to address business challenges.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members, aiding them in comprehending complex datasets, models, and business requirements.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance our reporting and any additional data management tasks identified during your analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Data Analytics or a related discipline along with four (4) years of experience in a data analysis role.

• Must possess four (4) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained simultaneously):

• Designing dashboards and facilitating self-service analytics through Business Intelligence tools;

• Relational database modeling or experience in constructing reporting layers within Business Intelligence platforms;

• Postgres and SQL databases;

• Conducting quality assurance on complex SQL queries for bugs, optimization, and performance;

• Statistical programming with R or Python to address business queries;

• A/B testing and product analytics.

• Remote work is allowed five (5) days a week.
