Lead Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement sophisticated analytical models to enhance comprehension of Network supply and demand, pinpoint operational inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

• Establish real-time dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor and evaluate Network performance against defined metrics.

• Suggest and test innovative strategies to boost competition and engagement within the service provider network.

• Examine feedback, ratings, and reviews to extract insights regarding service quality, customer satisfaction, and provider contentment.

• Generate operational and performance data insights along with recommendations for third-party service providers.

• Assess Network capacity, identify deficiencies and opportunities, and advocate for Network recruitment, retention, and optimization initiatives.

• Oversee tests and pilot programs for process modifications and communicate results and recommendations to management.

• Act as an internal data analytics subject matter expert by maintaining consistent methodologies and disseminating best practices.

• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to clarify data and guide future strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; a focus on data analysis and communication is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience in business and data analysis.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of business principles.

• Experience in validating and auditing data and reports across various systems.

• Proven capability in project and task management.

• Familiarity with BI, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases is essential.

• Keen attention to detail and high-performance standards.

• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
