This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Customer Analytics: Enhance the analytics, engagement, and AI integration strategy for Customer Success and Customer Support.
• Develop strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead the team.
• Create AI-driven tools that deliver additional value.
• Boost impact through the use of AI.
• 5–7+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or operations.
• Proven track record of delivering data products, models, or AI-driven systems into production.
• Strong numerical skills, with a preferred additional background or education in technical fields.
• Proficiency with Claude (or similar agentic tools) is essential; knowledge of SQL/Python is advantageous!
• Understanding of the operational dynamics within Customer Success and Support organizations.
• Independent and self-sufficient worker.
• Possess a player-coach mindset.
• Able to navigate ambiguity comfortably.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or rapidly growing startups is preferred.
• Background in the restaurant industry is a plus!
