This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop, model, illuminate, and render high-quality 3D animations that showcase products, systems, and capabilities.

• Edit and finalize videos by integrating animation, live footage, motion graphics, audio, and titles.

• Convert technical and engineering concepts into precise, engaging visual narratives.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance quality or efficiency, adhering to company policies and security protocols.

• Oversee projects autonomously from the creative brief to delivery, managing timelines, files, and revisions.

• Ensure adherence to company branding standards across all deliverables.

• Collaborate with creative colleagues, marketing and communications teams, engineers, and program managers.

• Keep project files, rendering workflows, and asset libraries systematically organized.

• Assist with events, shoots, and on-site productions, which may require occasional travel.

• Provide mentorship to junior creative staff on 3D and video techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with at least 7 years of related experience.

• Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.

• Capability to acquire a U.S. security clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• A portfolio or reel showcasing completed 3D renders, animations, and video projects.

• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and animation software such as Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine 5, Blender, Autodesk Maya, or 3ds Max.

• Familiarity with rendering tools like Redshift, Octane, or Arnold.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Expertise in color grading, sound design, and compositing to meet broadcast quality standards.

• Experience in motion graphics and 2D animation.

• Background in virtual production pipelines.

• Understanding of CAD data or engineering models as sources for animation material.
