Lead Conversion Specialist – Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

• Oversee incoming sales opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Call Center Sales, Inbound Sales, High-Ticket Sales, Financial Services Sales, Insurance Sales, SaaS Sales, Telecommunications Sales, or Customer Acquisition

• Proficient in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
