Lead Conversion Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls and messages from potential new patients with clarity, precision, and promptness.

• Conduct outbound calls and send messages throughout the day to follow up with new leads and secure appointments.

• Transform leads into confirmed appointments by assisting patients through the next steps, addressing common inquiries, and minimizing drop-off rates.

• Schedule and reschedule appointments, including managing missed sessions and facilitating patients' return to the calendar efficiently.

• Address intake-related issues that may occur prior to the first visit (such as scheduling conflicts, basic onboarding queries, communication gaps) and escalate when necessary.

• Offer compassionate, high-quality assistance with a strong emphasis on building patient trust and ensuring satisfaction.

• Keep thorough and consistent records of patient interactions to ensure that no details are overlooked.

• Monitor follow-ups and next steps to guarantee that each lead receives timely outreach and a definitive outcome (scheduled, not suitable, no response, etc.).

• Recognize recurring objections or friction points from leads and provide feedback to enhance scripts, workflows, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain a fluid intake process.

• Ensure a dependable, high-speed internet connection for seamless and consistent communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a customer support, patient support, front desk, intake, call center, or scheduling position.

• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, behavioral health, or a high-volume scheduling environment is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of scheduling workflows, basic insurance/intake concepts, and appointment logistics.

• Proficient with tools such as Dialpad, Slack, Healthie (or similar platforms).

• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
