This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of complex renewal and contract negotiations for strategic and high-value customers, ensuring precision, clarity, and positive results.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account customers to grasp their objectives, challenges, and investment priorities, aligning contracts with business value.
• Work in partnership with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Legal, and senior stakeholders to facilitate seamless renewals and address complexities.
• Keep precise renewal forecasts and lead pipeline assessments to enhance predictability and consistency.
• Provide exceptional service to enterprise customers (200+ employees), balancing customer advocacy with commercial objectives.
• Guide and support fellow Contract Managers through mentorship, sharing best practices, and informal leadership.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes, playbooks, and pilot programs that amplify the impact across Contract Management and Customer Success.
• Assist in strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects that advance HubSpot's approach to managing upmarket renewals.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and English.
• Over 5 years of experience in contract management, renewals, or a closely related SaaS commercial role.
• Experience in managing intricate contracts and collaborating closely with Legal teams.
• Demonstrated success working with large enterprise organizations (200+ employees).
• Strong negotiation skills with a growth-focused, value-driven approach.
• Experience overseeing forecasts, renewal pipelines, or revenue-related metrics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead customer discussions confidently.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with keen attention to detail in complex settings.
• Ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Background in Strategic Accounts or enterprise Customer Success activities.
