This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take charge of and oversee intricate renewal and contract negotiations for strategic and high-value customers, ensuring precision, clarity, and favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account clients to comprehend their objectives, challenges, and investment priorities, aligning contracts with business value.
• Work in tandem with Sales, Customer Success Managers, Legal, and senior stakeholders to facilitate smooth renewals and navigate complexities.
• Keep precise renewal forecasts and spearhead pipeline reviews to enhance predictability and consistency.
• Provide exceptional service to enterprise clients (200+ employees), balancing customer advocacy with commercial results.
• Guide and assist other Contract Managers by offering coaching, sharing best practices, and demonstrating informal leadership.
• Participate in process enhancements, playbooks, and pilot initiatives that amplify the impact across Contract Management and Customer Success.
• Aid in strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives that transform how HubSpot manages upmarket renewals.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and English.
• Over 5 years of experience in contract management, renewals, or a closely related SaaS commercial position.
• Experience in managing intricate contracts and collaborating closely with Legal teams.
• Demonstrated success in working with large, enterprise organizations (200+ employees).
• Robust negotiation abilities with a growth-focused, value-driven approach.
• Experience in managing forecasts, renewal pipelines, or revenue-related metrics.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to lead customer discussions with assurance.
• Strong skills in prioritization, organization, and attention to detail in complex environments.
• Capacity to operate independently and strategically in a dynamic setting.
• Experience collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Background in Strategic Accounts or enterprise Customer Success operations.
