Lead Content Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Edit and assess text datasets.

• Develop new text datasets.

• Evaluate new versions of the bot.

• Annotate and categorize data.

• Generate supplementary creative content.

• Determine whether bot issues are related to the dataset, prompt, or model based on testing outcomes.

• Suggest suitable solutions for bot-related issues.

• Set standards and guidelines for style, tone, level of explicitness, and quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English: C1 level or above.

• Proficiency in Russian: C1 level or above.

• Experience in data editing, specifically with text-based datasets.

• Background in creating and annotating datasets for model training.

• Capability to independently define standards and guidelines, including style, tone, level of explicitness, and quality benchmarks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Skill in identifying whether a bot’s issue stems from the dataset, prompt, or model based on testing results, along with proposing effective solutions.

• Profound understanding of diverse audiences.

• Comprehensive knowledge of effective conversational strategies, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention techniques.
