This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• The Handoff & Execution: Take finalized Shoot Day Scripts, raw b-roll footage, and core hooks, and independently transform them into a comprehensive ad ecosystem. You require no assistance during the post-production phase.
• Rigorous DR Editing: You are relentless in the timeline (Premiere, CapCut, AE). You know precisely how to edit b-roll for optimal retention, sequence assertive captions, and adjust pacing to enhance thumb-stop ratios and click-through rates.
• Swift Hook Iteration: Take a successful concept or raw footage and aggressively slice it into numerous hook variations (A/B testing visuals, pacing, text overlays, and AI voiceovers) to exceed CPA targets and mitigate ad fatigue.
• Organic World-Building & "Art": Create stunning, non-DR organic content aimed solely at associating thoughts, feelings, and ideas with our brand. You utilize AI to produce cinematic, aesthetically pleasing "art" that enhances brand aura and captures attention without overtly soliciting a sale.
• Mass AI Content Generation: Transform core ideas into multiple high-fidelity ad variations using AI for image, video, and voice generation to complement and elevate practical footage.
• VFX & Polish: Enhance both raw footage and AI-generated content with real VFX, motion graphics, and sound design. You composite, blend, and correct artifacts to ensure the final output appears premium, not artificial.
• DTC Native & Timeline Obsessed: You genuinely understand the mechanics of e-commerce ads. You don’t just edit; you edit with the intent to convert. You are familiar with Eugene Schwartz/Ogilvy principles, pacing for TikTok/Reels compared to Meta, and how to construct a high-converting funnel.
• Top-Tier AI Proficiency: Expert in tools such as Midjourney, Runway Gen-2, Pika, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, and ElevenLabs. You have advanced knowledge of seed control, inpainting, and prompting.
• The "Cracked" Mentality: You work with exceptional speed and independence. You innovate, experiment, and produce a volume of work that makes typical agencies appear stagnant.
• Dual-Threat Aesthetic Range: You have the rare ability to switch effortlessly between styles. You can edit aggressive, tactical, fast-paced direct response ads one day and craft moody, cinematic, emotionally impactful brand art the next.
• VFX / Post-Production Mastery: Extensive proficiency in Premiere and After Effects (Nuke is a plus). You know how to track, rotoscope, composite, and seamlessly integrate AI-generated content with real-world b-roll.
