Lead Consultant – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and facilitate the implementation process while providing exceptional service to guarantee the best solutions for our customers utilizing our Celonis technology.

• Transform customer data using SQL to develop the data model necessary for your process analysis.

• Design and execute innovative analyses and execution applications, enhancing them with Machine Learning algorithms or Task Mining to render customer processes transparent and automated.

• Examine data to pinpoint process inefficiencies and uncover root causes, collaboratively proposing strategies to address them.

• Quantify business and financial potential, presenting the most pertinent KPIs to management.

• Convert business requirements into technical specifications.

• Facilitate value creation workshops and align strategies to enhance process inefficiencies.

• Establish the groundwork for the value path to ensure a successful long-term customer journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in Washington DC, New York City, or Raleigh.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a related field.

• Relevant experience within the Public Sector vertical is essential.

• An Active Security Clearance is required (which must remain active for at least 18 months post-hire).

• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages (such as Python, R, Matlab, etc.) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining.

• Excellent communication skills in English, with a passion for engaging with diverse customers to comprehend and interpret business processes.

• A dedicated and visionary mindset, eager to actively advance the Celonis Process Mining technology.

• Outstanding analytical abilities, well-organized, and recognized as a quick learner.

• Successful completion of studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program.
