Lead Consultant, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement data and AI platforms/products that address genuine business challenges, collaborating with architects, engineers, analysts, and change leaders.

• Translate business objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and backlogs; facilitate agile planning and execution among cross-functional teams.

• Establish and monitor KPIs and success metrics related to business, customer, product, and delivery; leverage data to inform prioritization and iterations.

• Promote quality, user adoption, and ongoing enhancement through testing, validation, stakeholder input, and iterative processes.

• Effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders, identifying risks early and fostering alignment on decisions.

• Senior Consultant: Guide key product workstreams within broader projects and oversee daily coordination and workstream-level stakeholders.

• Lead Consultant: Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs at the engagement level across various workstreams, and contribute to proposals, estimates, and essential client discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI platforms/products (consulting, SaaS, or enterprise).

• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong data & AI literacy.

• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile setting and communicate effectively with client stakeholders.

• Understanding of data/AI architecture and governance, along with experience in transformation initiatives involving significant change.

• Proficient with product/project management tools and open to utilizing AI-enabled execution tools; willingness to travel as necessary.

• Extensive experience managing end-to-end product outcomes for data/analytics/AI products (for Lead Consultant).

• Previous external consulting experience and contributions to business development (for Lead Consultant).

• Recognized as a subject matter expert, comfortable with executive-level communication, and capable of shaping engagement and account strategy (for Lead Consultant).
